Temperament: Loves the out doors and has great pulling ability. This coming winter will be the first one that we put him in harness to a sled with the rest of our gang. He loves to play with our cats who have learned that Saco is a gentle and great furry pillow to curl up into. Saco loves to play with other dogs but does struggle with other dominant/ whole males. Saco was easily introduced back into our pack consisting of his mother, sister and aunt this Februrary when his family from Boise, ID decided to relocate outside of the country. We did have the opportunity to bring Saco to the Hilltop School in Somersworth where he ran among the children of three classrooms while we talked about Chinooks and their history. He is very happy to be on the go or curled up at your feet.
