This young lady was our keeper from our first litter. Kiana is a very outgoing and happy girl and is extremely cuddly. She has matured recently and started to fill out and is developing a nice chest. She is exceptionally smart and athletic and loves to play with her family of Chinooks, cats and of course her humans. Kiana has good hips and normal elbows with healthy eyes (OFA) and is clear on her genetic testing. She stands out of the Chinook gene pool with high genetic diversity in the 34th percentile. Kiana participated in the UC Davis pilot study for Chinook Diversity Testing. Her IR= – 0.23 (Internal Relatedness Value); the lower the value the better, a negative value is what a breed wants to achieve and it is an exceptionally good value for a Chinook. Kiana also has proven herself in the conformation show ring and is a UKC Grand Champion, she won the National Best of Breed Award in 2022 and was listed on the UKC Chinook Top 10 list 3 years in a row where she ranked #1 in 2022. She is a beautiful young lady with a great personality and we are very excited to breed her. |
