Why are you interested in a rescue Chinook?

Have you ever owned a dog before? If so, what kind, and for how long?

Rescue dogs often have behavioral or health issues. Are you willing to manage these with extra training or veterinary care?

Do you have experience dealing with either issues?

Please describe a typical day in your life from a.m. to p.m. and how a dog would fit into each activity.

Where would your dog live? Would it have access to open space?

Do you have children, pets or other animals at home?

Are you able to afford the veterinary costs and other associated costs? What would you estimate the yearly costs might be?

Chinooks enjoy lots of exercise, what are some of the activities you plan on participating with your dog?
