The COA Health & Genetics Committee is excited to invite all COA Members to our inaugural quarterly webinar on Saturday, February 10 at 4pm EDT/1pm PDT. The webinar will be in two parts - the first focused on all COA Members, the second on member breeders /stud owners (although members are welcome to stay for the second part).
The session will be covering three main topics and will include time for questions and answers:
General Session
- 2023 Chinook population report / update on the Chinook Breed Conservation Program (CBCP)
Member Breeders / Stud Owners
- Introduction of a new program to provide financial support for qualifying litters using Artificial Insemination
- Discussion on creation of a Chinook Breeding Guidelines document
